I am very pleased to introduce myself that I (Engineer Asad ur Rehman) am a business developer/individual in the field of construction and development since long.
My field of work are BOT (Build Operate & Transfer) basis and EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction) mega projects like Motorways, Highways, Expressways, Tunnels, Infrastructure etc.
I am offering one mega EPC Road works to Orange Construction Co. Ltd.
The project details are as follows:-
1. Nature of work is Road works
2. Total length of Road is 38 km in Section-1
3. There are 3 sections of the projects in which first section will going to announce within 3 months
4. Client is National Highway Authority
5. Financer is Korean Exim Bank Limited (Fully funded)
6. The location of the project is Chakdara Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pakistan
7. Project is in designing phase and going to complete soon.
8. Tender will be announced by NHA in the above mentioned time period.
9. Tentative cost of the project is US$ 100 Million
My responsibilities will be:-
1. To join Orange Construction Company as employee or consultant as situation demanded.
2. To arrange tender documents for your company.
3. To arrange drawings for your company
4. To prepare proposal for Orange Construction to NHA
5. To prepare Technical/Financial Bids on highly competitive rates
6. Confirmation of the winning of this project for Orange Construction is 100% on guaranteed basis
7. To register Orange Construction in Pakistan Engineering Council or S.E.C.P (if required)
My services are fee based and on every project, it will be decided as per feasibility, rates and mutual understanding with contracting firm.
I wish to see you in connection with this above mentioned subject road works and I hope that I shall be given a chance to serve Orange Construction company Limited. Your response shall be highly appreciated and honorable for me.
